Above Video: Adding Teacher to Teachworks

This SOP will cover how to record payments into Teachworks, and apply credits to students who have 

Recording Payments on Teachworks
  1. Select “Billing” > “Invoices” from the top menu
  2. Either search for the Parent’s Name or the Invoice Number from the right side search bar
  3. Select the invoice in question
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the open invoice, and “Record Payment” by entering the Amount, Date and Method
  5. Select “Send Receipt”
