12.1 Introduction

Music Lessons Academy recognises that training is an integral component to the success of the franchised business. To ensure our franchise partners are well trained our training comprises 2 components:

Component 1: Initial franchise partner training
Equivalent of 3 days prior to commencement
Component 2: Ongoing Training
Ongoing training available online as downloadable guides/video library found at www.musiclessons.academy/intranet

12.2 Initial Franchise Partner Training

The initial franchise partner training comprises the following components:

3 days on business systems (2 live days, 1 day via zoom)
Communicating processes between teachers and customers
½ day on usage of apps
Training on interviewing, monitoring and maintaining coaches

12.3 Ongoing Training Video Library

Music Lessons Academy have a video library that is available to all franchise partners to access. Training videos are divided into 2 categories:

Category 1:

Is on the MLA intranet for the franchisees and focus on how to run the business and how to use each software. The videos vary from 5 – 10 minutes and focus on a few steps of each process at a time.

Category 2:

The second training resource is for the teachers, where there are videos and resources on how to teach. These videos are also 5 – 10 minutes each.
Teachers have to complete 60 video lessons on how to become a good teacher. This is tracked by head office
